Refund and Returns Policy

At CelloTech we value our customers and ensure that all our products are quality checked before dispatch. However in rare cases of wrong or damaged products we provide a clear and transparent Replacement and Refund Policy as mentioned below.

Replacement and Refund Eligibility

Replacement or Refund is applicable only if the product received is damaged defective or wrong.
Customers must raise a claim within 3 days of delivery by contacting us via official channels.
Proof required for claim
- Unboxing video of the product
- Original invoice copy
Our team will verify the claim and if found genuine you will receive a refund to your original payment method or to your CelloTech Wallet within 24 hours.

Warranty Registration for electronic items only
Products like Mobile Speakers Bluetooth Earbuds Mobile Data Cables Chargers and Electronic Repair Tools come with warranty if mentioned.
To activate the warranty customers must register within 15 days of delivery using the Unique QR code or Order ID mentioned on the invoice.

Important Conditions

Wrong Product Received
- Must be returned unused in original brand packing with invoice
- Mobile Displays OCA Glass and Mobile Batteries must have brand sticker seal and proper packing intact
Return Packaging
- Product must be packed securely to avoid transit damage
- Incomplete used or tampered products will not be eligible for replacement or refund

What is Not Covered

No returns for products damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use
No replacement or refund for used products without original packaging
No on call payment links or verbal commitments will be provided
Official communication will be shared only via Email and WhatsApp updates
