1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 24-48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in original packaging
  • The warranty seal or sticker is not broken

Products that have been installed, soldered, or physically damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Installed spare parts
  • Physically damaged products after delivery
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or special discount items

3. Replacement Process

If your product is eligible for return:

  1. Contact our support team within the return period.
  2. Provide order number and product photos/videos.
  3. After verification, we will approve the return or replacement.

Replacement will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock for replacement
  • Order is cancelled before shipping

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
